On March 15 and 16, I had the pleasure of attending Longevity Evolution, the event organized by Filippo Ongaro & his team in Riccione. An experience that gathered 1,100 participants, all united by the desire to learn how to live better and longer.
Outstanding organization
Let’s start with a fundamental point: the event was managed with Swiss precision. Congratulations to the Ongaro team for the excellent organization! Handling such a large audience, keeping attention high for two days, and doing it with outstanding quality is no easy task.
The days were intense, from morning to evening, with a succession of crucial topics addressed by Ongaro. From nutrition to physical training, to the most advanced strategies in neuro-coaching and stress management, every talk provided concrete tools to improve one’s life. The balance between science and mindset was the common thread, with moments of reflection, interaction, and practical application. Sunday morning was entirely dedicated to practice, with beach workouts, meditation, and breathing exercises, offering an engaging and transformative experience.
The presence of Stefano Massaro, CEO of Cerba HealthCare Italia, was a valuable addition: when two leaders meet, opportunities always arise. And from this synergy came Yougevity, a new Ongaro Method program that includes Cerba HealthCare Italia’s Longevity exams and promises to revolutionize the approach to longevity in Italy, at least for the first 150 lucky ones who will have the chance to participate right away.

Growing interest in longevity
During the event and at the exhibition stand, the Longevity program promoted by Cerba HealthCare Italia was a hot topic. The audience’s response? Extremely high interest.
Stefano Massaro explained that everything starts with self-knowledge: in-depth biomarker analyses allow informed decisions about one’s lifestyle. With the support of advanced diagnostics and telemedicine, the longevity journey becomes personalized and achievable for anyone serious about taking care of their health.

A fusion of science and mindset
The event perfectly balanced scientific evidence and personal growth. Discussions ranged from nutrition to physical training, neuro-coaching, and even the concepts of freedom, the role of work, and relationships in life. Everything was approached in a practical and applicable way.
A special moment was the Sunday morning practice session at 7:30 AM: beach workout, meditation, and breathing exercises. A perfect way to immediately put the knowledge gained into action.

The key players
Filippo Ongaro was the undisputed leader of the event, but he wasn’t alone. Alongside him were top-level professionals such as:
- Mike Maric, former world apnea champion and medical specialist, who explained the importance of breathing for performance and stress management.
- Sonja Ongaro, expert in strategic coaching and personal development, with a background in astronaut training.
- Stefano Massaro, who presented Cerba HealthCare Italia’s vision on longevity and the future of healthcare.
My key takeaways
Although I am deeply passionate about scientific longevity and a healthy lifestyle, I managed to gather some truly valuable insights. Here they are:
- Managing an event of this scale is an art – Filippo Ongaro was on stage for hours without missing a beat. Speaking in front of 1,100 people doesn’t happen every day, but if it ever does, I know who to take inspiration from.
- Breathing is key to well-being – I already knew its importance, but Mike Maric’s insights gave me extra motivation to work on it seriously.
- Time is limited; use it wisely – We only have 8,760 hours per year. A simple concept, yet it makes us reflect on how much time we waste unnecessarily. This is an area where I can (and must) improve.
- Things don’t happen by chance – The fact that two leaders like Ongaro and Massaro shared the stage is no coincidence. Connections are built, ideas develop, and opportunities are created.
- Science is the foundation of longevity – The longevity journey must be based on scientific research and reliable medical data. Cerba HealthCare Italia’s approach, which includes advanced diagnostics, biomarker analysis, and personalized health monitoring, highlights the importance of evidence-based medicine in achieving long-term well-being.
Longevity Evolution 2025 was not just an event but a transformative experience. Two intense days, packed with information and practical insights, reaffirming the importance of investing in one’s health and time.
If the future of healthcare is longevity, I’d say we’re on the right path!
